As you may already know, dark evil creatures are my favorite subject matter. I don’t always get to go straight to the gray matter for my devilish work. Death Box is an HP Lovecraft inspired piece. An odd reflection of Pandora’s Box in an otherwise tentacle infested, dripping, ghoulish manner. You can never have enough goat-shaped eyeballs, horns, or tentacles (rule of thumb for exceedingly rad aliens). This piece was part of my Legion of Doom show at Deli October 2010. 1 of 4 panels with wicked imagery. This piece is a 12×18″ oils on wood panel.
