Beery Method is extremely honored and proud to be a part of Hero Complex Gallery’s tribute exhibition Kings Of Cult celebrating two of fiction genre films greatest monster directors of all time Joe Dante and Roger Corman. In recognition of Joe Dante and specifically his work on two of my childhood favorite creature films Gremlins 1984 and Gremlins 2: The New Batch Beery Method Studio produced a limited set of Gremlins Collector Cards. The two variations are a Hero Card and Villain Card. These limited edition card sets come in two packs. All cards are signed and numbered and come complete in a collector sleeve.
Do you love the furry fuzz-ball Mogwai Hero? Gizmo Gold Cards are emblazoned with a Gold Akuafoil Gizmo on the face of the card. The back shows a silhouette of the Hero Gizmo and shows the instructions that were given to the Peltzer’s upon purchasing the mogwai from Mr. Wing’s curiosity shop. You know those classic rules that if broken turn the harmonious little mogwai into a destructive little gremlin.
Maybe you relate to the sinister leader Gremlin Villain? Stripe Silver Cards are embossed with a Silver Akuafoil Stripe on the face of the card with the back graphics repeating the rules so intrinsic to staving off the birth of a Gremlin horde. The villain card is silver representing the ‘runner up’ to the ‘number one’ gold hero card.
Sets of the card packs are available in three options which come with two cards in a set. Card Pack Option 1 comes with both cards – Gizmo Gold and Stripe Silver
Card Pack Option 2 comes with two Gizmo Gold Cards making it perfect for those who want to display both the front and the back of the collector cards.
Card Pack Option 3 comes with two Stripe Silver Cards making a set that can be displayed both front and back.
All card packs are only $12 each and will never be reproduced again once the entire limited edition is sold. All cards are signed and numbered and will be sold in consecutive format on a first come first seved/order basis.
