For the little adventurer and two year old explorer, Lennon Beery, I created a customized Kid Adventure Box in celebration of his birthday this month. Every kid loves gathering their favorite toys, books, blankets, and trinkets when taking off on a new adventure. Whether it be a trip to Grandma’s house, a jaunt to the park with friends, or playtime at school every tiny person loves having a special carrying box to put it all in and GO. Lennon loves his adventures and usually requires a few extra special items when he leaves home. This box has all the slick style and convenience any child would want when going forth on a new crusade.

When I started developing the kid adventure box concept for a two-year old boy I first strategically thought of what materials could be utilized that could take a beating and withstand the destructive teeny hands of a little one. The box is a recycled flexible Thermos® brand plastic lunch box. A kingly lil boy box. LCB initials are displayed on both front and back in metallics giving a voguish aesthetic to Lennon Christian Beery. The custom flashlight fits snugly inside the box alongside a hooded bear, story book, and whatever else the lil man decides he needs to survive the playground.

The interior of the box is fleshed out with my Urban Jungle King design sticker. It is the perfect size for children’s books, stuffed animals, G.I. Joe action figures, Matchbox cars, Play-Doh, crayons, or any small item that a dapper young toddler might need. Lennon loved his custom kid adventure box at first sight. My hope is that it will never lose it’s super functional appeal and the style of the box will never fade. It will be interesting to see what all he will find to put in that box!
